Rapanelli Procurement – Agricultural Machinery and Water Management Solutions

Background
The FLEDI Program (Programme for the Food Security and Resilience of Rural Communities in Libya), coordinated by CIHEAM Bari with support from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) and EU Trust Fund, aims to improve rural communities’ resilience in southern Libya, especially in the Fezzan region. Its main objectives: enhance food security, boost sustainable agricultural production, and upgrade infrastructure for local farmers.

Rapanelli’s Role
Rapanelli International was selected as a strategic supplier for FLEDI due to its experience with agricultural and water management systems in international development programs.

Key Deliverables:

Agricultural Machinery: Rapanelli supplied tractors and a full set of implements and accessories, supporting local farmers’ shift towards mechanized agriculture for improved productivity and reliability.
