Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Continuous Olive Processing Plant – Jijel, Algeria
Introduction
Rapanelli, through its engineering and procurement expertise, successfully delivered a complete continuous olive processing plant with a capacity of 24 tons/day input, located in Jijel, Algeria.
The project encompassed the entire scope of work, from feasibility studies and engineering design to supply, installation, commissioning, and training of local operators.
This initiative aimed to enhance local olive oil production capacity while ensuring technology transfer and long-term sustainability for Algerian producers.
Project Scope
The supply included a state-of-the-art continuous extraction line, designed to guarantee maximum efficiency and oil quality. The project development involved several key phases:

Training Program
